Jerusalem Lions Ketubah Design
Lions are the symbol of the house of Judah. Presiding over Jerusalem, the capital of Judea, they are an ancient symbol of the Jewish people. The lions ketubah references the Jewish people’s shared history. The lion, a symbol of strength further represents the union of marriage. The words “I am my beloved’s and my beloved is mine” from the Song of Songs form the other focal point in this design.
